Lisa Bray BA(Hons) FCCA
Owner and Director
Lisa has been with the firm since its launch and is now the Owner and Director. She continues to manage the strategic development of the business and its team to ensure that clients consistently experience the high standards they expect.
While overseeing relationships with all of Eden Fyfe’s clients, Lisa works closely with clients on specialist project assignments. Her expertise is in accounts, tax and business strategy. She is particularly known for her track record in devising financial and business strategies to support start-ups’ growth and in turning around the fortunes of under-performing businesses. Her wide network allows her to introduce and work collaboratively in other disciplines, including HR, IT, banking and marketing, to achieve the results for clients.
Lisa also provides training and expert help to clients through Business Gateway and is a board member of Business Gateway Fife and Developing Young Workforce in Fife.
ACCA qualified since 2006, Lisa holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting.
Laura Reid ACCA
Associate Director
Promoted to Associate Director in January 2017, Laura assists the Directors in managing the Eden Fyfe Accounts team on a day-to-day basis. Having previously held the position of Client Manager with the firm since 2008, she is now involved in reviewing the work of our Accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency at all times.
With a high degree of technical knowledge and experience in accounts and tax, Laura is responsible for many of the firm’s larger, limited company clients. In addition, she participates in a range of specialist projects for clients.
Proficient in a variety of IT and accounting packages, Laura also provides training on them to clients and their finance teams.
Laura has been ACCA qualified since 2010.
Pamela Clark BA (Accountancy)
Client Manager
As Client Manager, Pamela is responsible for a portfolio of clients including group companies, limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. She has extensive practical experience having worked in accountancy practice since 1988 and has been part of the internal management team since the business started. Pamela is Eden Fyfe’s Sage expert and regularly carries out training both externally for clients and internally for junior staff members. Pamela also assists the Directors with the firm’s IT provision internally and uses her considerable skills in this area to supports client assignments.
Doreen Allan
Client Manager
Doreen joined Eden Fyfe in September 2011 as Client Manager bringing over 25 years’ experience working in professional practice. She has direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. As well as her client portfolio, Doreen is responsible for the firm’s bookkeeping and VAT service team. Her expertise encompasses a variety of bookkeeping software, extensive knowledge of payroll and an ability to scrutinise payroll reports to ensure accuracy. Doreen ensures all VAT returns are prepared accurately and submitted to HMRC timeously.
Rebecca Melville BA (Accountancy)
Client Manager
Rebecca joined Eden Fyfe in August 2014 as Client Manager having worked in practice specialising in tax since 2006. She is responsible for the firm’s personal tax and P11d preparation and is also responsible for the firm’s Corporation tax returns ensuring they are submitted timeously to HMRC. Rebecca is also extensively involved in complex personal tax projects which often include Capital Gains Tax. Rebecca provides clients with a high level of tax advice and is skilled in HMRC investigations, successfully steering clients through routine enquiries.
